Abiola Sholanke is a Nigerian-American writer/poet and artist. She is the owner of the blog Muses & Penstrokes and a member of Magic City Connection, a women’s poetry collective. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University—with an English major and Art minor—she has spent most of her career as a copy editor/developmental editor and publication/book designer. She was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama.
